Andy Transport announces new Vice President, Legal and Corporate Development appointment

Montreal, February 4, 2021 –– The Board of Directors of Andy Transport is proud to announce the appointment of Franck Marvel Ngandui, a well versed Corporate and Commercial Lawyer, as Vice President, Legal and Corporate Development, effective immediately.

FranckMarvelMr. Ngandui brings to Andy Transport nearly 10 years of experience as a well-rounded corporate and commercial legal advisor to companies across various industries. He joins Andy Transport from Robic LLP, where he advised technology companies in several areas in M&A, private financings, complex licensing arrangements and other commercial transactions. Previously, Mr. Ngandui acted as an in-house legal counsel with Andy Transport. He began his career with the law firm of McCarthy Tétrault LLP in Montreal and Toronto, where he specialized in general corporate and commercial transactions. Mr. Ngandui earned his law degrees from the University of Ottawa and is a member of the Quebec Bar.

In announcing the appointment, Ilie Crisan, President of Andy Transport, declared: “I am very pleased that Franck will join us. We appreciate the strong analytical mindset that Franck has already demonstrated during his previous roles with Andy”.
